100ml Soda Water
50ml Dry Gin
2tsp Caster Sugar
A Wedge of Lemon to garnish
Step 1 – Squeeze the lemon and add the juice in a glass with the caster sugar.
Step 2 – Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 3 – Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir again.
Step 4 – Top up with soda water and stir carefully once more.
Step 5 – Garnish with one fresh lemon wedge.
